Applicant Vineet Singh is in judicial custody in Case
Crime/FIR No.142 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-
B IPC, Section 3 of Uttarakhand Protection of Interests of Depositors
(in Financial Establishments) Act, 2005, Section3/21(3) & 4/22 of
Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019, Police Station
Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal. He has sought his release on bail.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
record.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the
named co-accused Pragya Rawat having similar role has already been
granted bail. The informant has entered into compromise with the
head of the Uttarakhand Loni Urban Multi-State Credit & Thrift
Cooperative Society.
4. It is submitted that co-accused Urmila Bisht and
Jagmohan Singh Bisht, both have already been granted bail by this
Court. Therefore, it is a fit case for bail.
5. This fact is admitted by the learned State Counsel.

6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a
case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail.
7. The bail application is allowed.
8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a
personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like
amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
