In the meantime, keeping in view the nature of
the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable
Instruments Act, execution and operation of the
substantive sentence of imprisonment awarded by the
learned Trial Court on 15.02.2024 as affirmed by the
learned Appellate Court on 01.10.2024, in Criminal Appeal
No. 7-D/X/2024, is ordered to be suspended, till further
orders, subject to deposit of 30% of the compensation
amount and on furnishing of personal and surety bonds in
the sum of ₹25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the
learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks with an
undertaking to appear and receive the sentence, in case of
dismissal of the present revision. The bonds, so furnished
be transmitted to the Registry of this Court for placing the
same on record. Reply, if any, be also filed within the
aforesaid period.

Application is disposed of with the direction to
the applicant/petitioner to file English Translation of the
documents in question within two weeks.
