Overview
Applications are now open for a one-month virtual legal internship, to be conducted under the guidance of Advocate Braj Kishore Mishra from 20 August to 20 September 2025. As a practicing Advocate before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, with appearances across various High Courts and tribunals, this internship aims to provide hands-on exposure to core areas of litigation and legal practice.
What You Will Learn
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Drafting of Special Leave Petition, Writ Petition, Bail Application, and other applications
- Court procedure and litigation strategy
- Exposure to real-life case files and judgment analysis
- Certificate of Completion upon successful completion
Who Can Apply
- Law students from 2nd year onwards (3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme)
