2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in
connection with Hattha P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, F.I.R dated
28.04.2024 registered for the offences punishable under
Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the
Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and
Excise Act.
3. Recovery is of 14.130 liters of foreign liquor.
