Sexual harassment at the workplace isn’t just misconduct—it’s a serious issue that often goes unreported. But do we really know what qualifies as harassment under the law? What are our rights? What should employers be doing? This session will break it all down.
Join us for an eye-opening and practical session on POSH Compliance and Awareness with Advocate Durga Bhardwaj, a Supreme Court lawyer and certified POSH & POCSO trainer. She brings decades of experience in courtroom litigation and gender justice policymaking. Her work has been recognised by Hon’ble Mr. Justice K.G. Balakrishnan, former Chief Justice of India.
About the Organiser
This session is being organised by the National Legal Rights Consortium (NLRC) and the Rajasthan Legal Rights Consortium (RLRC) — state and national-level policy arms under the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI). Both aim to promote legal awareness, systemic reforms, and access to justice across India, especially around gender-based and workplace rights.
