holding brief of Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned
counsel for petitioner-complainant.

2. Mr. Vikas Uniyal, learned Brief Holder
for the State of Uttarakhand/ respondent
Nos.1 to 3.

3. By means of this writ petition,
petitioner has sought the indulgence of
this Court in the nature of mandamus
commanding the respondent Nos.1 and 2
to carry out the investigation in
accordance with law in pursuance of FIR
No.1108 of 2022 dated 25.09.2022, for
the offences punishable under Sections
147
, 148, 149, 452, 323, 504, 506, 354,
336, 427 IPC registered with P.S.
Manglour, District Haridwar and further
calling for the entire record/case diary of
the investigation carried out pursuant to
the aforesaid FIR.

4. Delay in filing the short counter
affidavit is condoned. Short counter
affidavit filed by the State is taken on
record. Delay condonation application (IA/
2/2025) made therefor, is allowed.

5. Learned State Counsel made a
statement at Bar on the basis of short
counter affidavit that after investigation,
charge-sheet has been submitted against
the accused-respondent No.5-Akeel @
2025:UHC:4681

Bhuttu on 20.06.2024 and against the
accused persons/respondent Nos.7, 8, 11,
13 and one-Meharban on 10.01.2025,
while respondent Nos.6, 9, 10 and 12
were exonerated of the charges due to
lack of evidence. He further submits that,
therefore, nothing remains to be decided
in this writ petition.

6. This fact is not disputed by learned
counsel for petitioner.

7. In view of the statement made by
learned counsel for the parties, the
present criminal writ petition is closed.

8. Pending application(s), if any, also
stands disposed of.
