3. By means of the present criminal writ
petition, petitioner has challenged the
impugned FIR No.517 of 2021 dated
22.11.2021, for the offences punishable
under Sections 323, 498A, 504, 506 IPC
and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry
Prohibition Act, registered with P.S.
Ranipur, District Haridwar.
4. Learned State Counsel on instruction
submits that after investigation, the final
report has been submitted in favour of the
petitioner on 29.10.2022.
5. In view of the statement made by
learned State Counsel, nothing remains to
be decided in this writ petition and the
same is hereby closed.
