I nvest igat ing Officer in FI R No. 61 of
2024 punishable U/ S 376( 2) ( n) and
506 of I PC at PS Kot wali, Haridwar,
Ut t arakhand and furt her have t he
I nvest igat ion done by a police officer
of different dist rict and not below t he
rank of Senior Superint endent of Police;
and/ or,
( iii) I ssue any ot her appropriat e order
or direct ion as t his Hon’ble Court m ay
deem fit and proper in t he
circum st ances of t he case in t he
