pet it ioners of t hese pet it ions are
encroachers, t herefore, neit her t heir
resident ial buildings, which t hey have
raised aft er encroaching t he governm ent
land, be regular ized nor t hey can be
rehabilit at ed as per t he Rules of 2016.
He subm it s t hat rehabilit at ion is not
m eant for encroacher.
6. To address on t his issue, learned
counsel for t he pet it ioner request s t hat
t he m at t er be post ed for 30.01.2025.
