1. Heard counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
2. The present application has been filed for the following main reliefs:-
“The petitioner above named most respectfully begs to submit that for the facts, reasons and circumstances as stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned notice/order dated 12.06.2025 passed by opposite party No. 2/Sub Divisional, Magistrate Payagpur District Bahraich under section 130 BNSS in proceeding U/S 126/135 BNSS, in the interest of justice.”
3. By means of the present application, a notice/order dated 12.06.2025 issued/passed under Section 130 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (in short “BNSS”) by the opposite party No. 2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Payagpur, District- Bahraich has been assailed.
