Instant cr. misc. application has been filed by the petitioner-
applicant seeking correction in the order dated 09.07.2025 passed
by this Court in SB Cr. Revision Petition No.1587/2024 whereby
the revision petition was allowed and the vehicle was ordered to
be released.
It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that vide
order dated 09.07.2025, this Court allowed the aforementioned
revision petition and the vehicle in question was directed to be
released, but inadvertently FIR details were not mentioned in the
said order. Therefore, it is prayed that necessary correction be
made in the order dated 09.07.2025, passed by this Court.
In view of above submissions made and for reasons stated in
the application, the application is allowed. The order dated
09.07.2025 passed in SB Cr. Revision Petition No.1587/2024 is

hereby modified and the first para of the order now be read as
under :
“The petitioner has filed this criminal revision petition under
Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. (Section 438/442 BNSS) to assail the
impugned judgment dated 08.11.2024 passed by learned Special
Judge (Additional Session Judge No.1), NDPS Act Cases, District
Bikaner in connection with FIR No.13/2021, Police Station, Pugal,
District Bikaner, whereby the learned trial Court rejected the
application under Section 457/451 Cr.P.C., moved by the
petitioner for releasing the vehicle Swift Dzire ZDI bearing
registration No.RJ 19 CF 4565.”
