[1] Heard Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel assisted
by Mr. Syed Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel on behalf of the
petitioner.
[2] Issue notice.
[3] Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A. accepts notice on behalf
of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Mr. L. Raju, learned counsel on behalf of
respondent No. 3. Hence service is complete on all the respondents.
[4] Learned counsel for the respondents prays for three
weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit.
[5] Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel, draws the
attention of this Court to Annexure-A/11 which is the order dated
26.02.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 141 of 2024 where
status quo as on date be maintain till the next date and the subject
matter is squarely covered by the interim order.
[6] List this case on 05.02.2025 along with WP(C) No. 141 of
2024 & MC(WP(C) No. 112 of 2024.
