01. Reply has not been filed.

02. The respondents are directed to file reply positively by the next
date of hearing.

03. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners in respect of his prayer
for grant of interim relief. Also heard the learned counsel for the respondents
in rebuttal. Considered their rival submissions. Perused the interim relief
application supported within an affidavit. Also perused the main petition
and copies of the documents enclosed with the same as annexures thereto.

04. List on 21st April, 2025.

05. In the meantime, subject to any vacation or modification upon
consideration of objections/arguments of the other side and till the next date
of hearing before the Bench, the Respondents 1 to 4 and 6 are restrained
from causing any interference in the subject land, except after initiating the
process for acquisition of the same in accordance with the provisions of the
Land Acquisition Act in vogue, with simultaneous direction to the
Respondent No. 6 to initiate the process for payment of rentals in respect of
the subject land for the period, the same has been under the occupation of
the defense forces. The respondents shall file status report in terms of this
order positively by the next date of hearing.
