1. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is
allowed and the delay of 41 days in refiling the present petition is
condoned.

3. The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No.
54/2012 dated 30.06.2012, registered at Police Station Jama
Masjid, for offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian
Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’), including all consequential
proceedings arising therefrom. Chargesheet has already been
filed in the present case.
