The petitioner, through the medium of the instant petition, filed
under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, has challenged the order dated
31.07.2024 passed by the court of learned Additional District and Sessions
Judge, Rajouri [“the Appellate Court”] in File No. Appeal 285/2023 titled
Nazar Hussain Vs. Zamurad Begum whereby, the Appellate Court has set
aside the order dated 17.04.2023 passed by the learned District Mobile
Magistrate (T) Rajouri in a petition filed under Section 12 & 23 of Protection of
Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2010 wherein the respondent no. 1 was
directed to pay Rs. 8000/- per month to the petitioner herein.

Heard.

Issue notice to the respondents. Dasti service is also permitted.
List on 30.05.2025.

The interim application of the petitioner shall be considered on the
next date of hearing.
