   Upon hearing the counsel the Court made
                the following

                           O R D E R

1. Petitioners challenge the judgment and
order dated 13-11-2024 in MCRC
No.7877/2024 passed by the High Court of
Chhatisgarh at Bilaspur, titled “Mithun
Mannewar & Ors. vs. State of
Chhattisgarh”.

2. The petitioners were arrested in
connection with Crime No.44 of 2024
registered at Nagarda Police Station,
Sakti District, Chhattisgarh for the
offences punishable under Sections 147
148, 149, 294, 304, 323 & 506 of the
Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the
respondent vehemently opposes for grant of
bail.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the
parties, and perused the material placed
on record, we are of the considered view

that the petitioners have made out case
for interference with the impugned order
dated 13-11-2024.

5. Considering the totality of
circumstances and also the fact that the
petitioners were in custody since
05.10.2024, we are inclined to grant bail
to the petitioners on such terms as may be
fixed by the Trial Court. Ordered
accordingly.

6. To comply with the order, the
petitioners shall be produced before the
Trial Court forthwith.

7. Accordingly, the Special Leave
Petition is disposed of.

8. Pending application(s), if any, shall
stand disposed of.
