2. The petitioners who are father in-
law and mother in-law of the deceased,
are in jail for over a year in
connection with FIR NO.452 dated
14.07.2024 registered under Sections
498A, 304-B and 34 of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860 (IPC) read with Sections 3
and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The charges have been framed and
material witnesses have been examined.
However, the completion of the trial
is likely to take some time.
4. Service of notice upon the
respondent-State of Madhya Pradesh is
complete and despite opportunity by
serving notice upon the State Counsel,
no one has joined the proceedings.
5. In view of the above, we deem it
appropriate to enlarge the petitioners
on bail.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are
directed to be released on bail
subject to such terms and conditions
as may be imposed by the trial Court
commensurating with the charges framed
against them.
7. Needless to state that the
petitioners shall cooperate and
participate in the proceedings as and
when required.
8. The Special Leave Petition is
disposed of accordingly. Pending
application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
