interfering with the land of the petitioners in order to acquire the same and
claiming it to be Government Land by keeping it in the list of 22-A of
Registration Act is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A
of the Constitution of India and to consequently direct the respondents not to
interfere with the lands of the petitioners situated in an extent of Ac. 4.00
cents of land in Sy. No. 350/2 of Madhurawada Village, Visakhapatnam and
further direct the respondents to delete the land from prohibited property list.
