[1] Heard Mr. L. Birjit, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and
Mr. Samarjit Hawaibam, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. W. Niranjit, learned
Deputy Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
[2] The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:
(i) Admit the present anticipatory bail application.
(ii) Call for report.
(iii) Set aside the order dated 06.10.2022 of the Ld. Sessions
Judge, Thoubal, passed in Cril. Misc. (AB) Case No. 77 of 2022.
(iv) Grant bail to the petitioner in connection with the FIR No.
23(08) 2022 WPS-TBL, u/s 325/354 of IPC upon terms and
condition as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper and
(v) Any other order/orders or directions be also passed in favour
of the petitioner/accused as deemed fit and proper in the facts
and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.

[3] Mr. Samarjit Hawaibam, learned senior counsel appearing for the
respondent admits that the investigation of the case is not yet complete and charge
sheet is also not yet filed before the Ld. Trial Court.
[4] Perusal of the record, it is seen that the present case has been
pending since 19.10.2022.
[5] In the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim order dated
21.10.2022 is made absolute with the following conditions:
(i) The accused/petitioner be released on bail on his furnish PR
Bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only with 1 (one)
surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting
authority.
(ii) The accused/petitioner should co-operate with the investigation
and he should make himself available for interrogation by the
I.O. of the FIR case, as and when required.
(iii) The accused/petitioner should not also leave the State of
Manipur without prior permission of the arresting authority.
(iv) If the accused/petitioner violates any of the conditions given
herein above, the respondent is at liberty to approach this Court
for modification or cancellation of the interim order.
[6] With the above, the present petition stands disposed of.
