On 22.05.2024, this Court passed the following order:-

“Learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that the land of Khasra No.180, Village
Daulatganj @ Naya Gaon was given a new
Khasra No.182. However, there is no document
on record to substantiate the aforesaid
submission.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the
petitioner prays for and is granted a week’s time
to substantiate the aforesaid submission by
production of relevant document(s).

List the matter on 30.05.2024 as prayed.”

On 16.12.2024, time was sought on behalf of the petitioner

stating that arguing counsel was not available.

This Court, in the interest of justice, granted last opportunity

to the petitioner and directed listing of the matter on 10.02.2025.

On that date again, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed

for and was granted last opportunity of four weeks in terms of the

order dated 22.05.2024 and the matter was directed to be listed

today.

Today also, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for an

adjournment.

However, in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

no case for adjournment is made out. Since, the petitioner has not

been able to substantiate the submission as recorded in the order

dated 22.05.2024, this civil writ petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed

of.
