3. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having considered the contentions made at the Bar, we do not

find any reason to grant Special Leave to Appeal.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to hand over the

vacant and peaceful possession of the demised premises to the

respondent(s)/landlord(s) on or before 31st October 2025. The prayer

sought is allowed.

5. The petitioner shall furnish an undertaking(s) before this

Court to vacate the premises on or before 31st October 2025. The

undertaking(s), in the usual form, shall be filed by the petitioner

within three weeks from today.

6. The petitioner, through his learned counsel present in the

Court, has been made aware of the consequences of breach of such an

undertaking(s).

7. The arrears of rent due and payable, if any, be positively

cleared within three weeks from today.

8. Needless to add, till such time the petitioner occupies the

premises, shall continue to pay occupational charges at the rate at

which the rent was agreed to be paid.

9. The Special Leave Petition is disposed of accordingly.

10. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
