01. Petitioner has assailed FIR No. 06/2024 dated 13.06.2024, registered at
Police Station, Anti-Corruption Bureau Central, Jammu, against the petitioner,
among others, for commission of offences under Sections 7, 13(1)(a) & 13(2)
of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, and Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468,
and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
02. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of the
order passed in three petitions involving the same impugned FIR and
seeks similar relief.
03. Notice.
04. Ms. Nazia Fazal, Advocate, appearing vice Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned
Sr. AAG, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1.
05. Reply, if any, be filed by the next date of hearing.
06. Let notice be issued to respondent No. 2.
07. List along with CRM(M) No. 647/2024 & CRM(M) No. 107/2025.
08. Meanwhile, subject to objections from the other side and till next date of
hearing before the Bench, impugned FIR qua the petitioner shall remain
stayed. Alteration/modification on laying a motion.
