01. The petitioner, having been unsuccessful in seeking bail
from the Trial Court, commenced this bail application for
grant of bail in a case titled “UT vs Zaffar Ali and ors.”,
arising out of FIR No. 57/2022 under Sections 366, 376-D,
342, 504, 506 IPC 4/5 (g) POCSO Act, registered with Police
Station, City Jammu, against the petitioner.

03. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four
weeks subject to taking of requisite steps for service within
a week’s time.
