About Law CPM

Law CPM is the independent practice of Adv. Prashant Mishra, an advocate with nearly two decades of experience in litigation and arbitration. Prior to setting up his own practice in 2023, he was a Partner at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices in the litigation and arbitration practice group.

Eligibility

Law students with:

• A sound grasp of foundational legal subjects
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and familiarity with court procedure
• An interest in litigation
• Comfort with digital tools for research and drafting

Nature of Internship

(a) Litigation Interns (2 positions, onsite) – Responsibilities include:

• Drafting petitions from scratch
• Assisting with filings and court procedure
• Preparing comprehensive list of dates and briefing notes
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
• Taking ownership of assigned matters and maintaining familiarity with case files

(b) Research Assistants (2 positions—both onsite/online would be considered) – Responsibilities include:

• Research on arbitration law and related jurisprudence
• Preparing detailed notes and briefing papers
• Summarising case law and assisting with legal writing

Defence Colony, New Delhi

Duration

Minimum 4 weeks (extendable depending on performance and requirement)

Stipend

No fixed bar. A stipend will be offered based on the intern’s contribution and quality of work.
